Each unit is equipped with flameproof construction, hardware + software safety interlocks, and a nitrogen-purged filling nozzle that ensures oxygen-free drumming for volatile or foaming cargoes. The steam-jacketed ball valve and two-speed pneumatic actuator maintain smooth and consistent flow, while the load-cell-based weighing platform achieves precision accuracy. Optional earth-fault circuit breakers add extra operational safety.
